(This is post #2 today. Scroll down for the Mark's Finest Papers release!)
Don't let this ship sail without you! You should have come by way of Katie's blog. If not, swim back to the beginning of the Paper Makeup Stamps June hop!
A couple of weeks ago, I found these darling, preprinted notecards in the Target Dollar spot. Ten card bases for a buck...you can't go wrong with that. Especially since I had been musing over these nautical fairies and stamp set by Paper Makeup Stamps which needed more ink time!
A few nesties stacked together...plus a fabulous PMS sentiment!
A manly birthday card!
Tell someone you care...in a "non girlie" way!
Nesties... a stamping gal's best friend!
Just because card...b/c everyone likes to be remembered! But, there are several more sea faring fairies. Click on over to the store and check them out!
I ended up making two of each card and now I have a nice set of stationary cards to gift to someone. Perhaps my next project should be a box to store them.
Now, after you've dropped an anchor (aka a comment) here row on over to Randee's blog for a chance for pirate treasure. (Hey, a parrot told me it's a mystery treasure...valued at $40!!! Oh yeah...comment away!) Here's a map if you need some help navigating the inky seas today!

you have an eye for the creative...jealous.
WOW! These are brilliant cards - I love your style!
WOW Dawn, that's a fabulous set of cards. I think I over-think my cards sometimes... if I just followed your example I could be giving gift sets much more often. Great inspiration to use up some pre-printeds I have.
beautiful cards!
thanks for this summer hop!

These are all amazing, Dawn! Wow! Like Anita I totally overthink even my simplest notecards! Love the nautical theme!
Very good idea with the card bases. They went great with your nautical themed cards.

Those are great! Thank you.
Such cute cards Dawn! Great bargain too. Think I've got a print card set something like that at target a while back...gotta dig it up and copy your idea!
These are adorable!! I love the idea of using ready-made cards. Thanks for sharing!
Well look at you over-achiever! Hehe! All of your cards are great!
I adore all your cards and these are just too stinkin cute!
Oh My Goodness!! I saw these in person today, and they are totally fabulous. You are super talented, lady! You even make ME look good with my cards. I've been holding out on you though, I also have a blog and I just sent you an invite. It's mostly about our hum-drum life, and it's not very popular, but you know...it's my thing. Thanks SO much again for the fun today!!
Wowy, these are great projects! Love each one and how stinkin nautical they turned out!! The light for the lighthouse is way cool!!
All of these are wonderful!
What a great set of cards. I just love the lighthouse one. Will have to check these stamps out!
Quite cleaver and nicely (re)done. Those bases were perfect, and you've used them in a wonderful manner. Two thumbs up for sure!
Look at you! What a great idea for making a set of cards and I love all your nautical jargon. :) And I've totally been meaning to try sponging a beacon of light like that for the lighthouse too - looks awesome! :)
All your cards are great Dawn and each one has a different flavour even though the main element is the same.
The set is fantastic thanks for sharing and what a fun hop
