Altered Paper

So, this last TUC challenge was to alter your patterned paper.  While it was a great challenge idea, I think it was a challenge for me!  I'm not even sure if I can say that this looks better in real life! haha.

But... I took a piece of paper with a flower on it...and stamped this lady bug from Mark's Finest Papers. And then I added stickles to the petals for some interest.  The inside is also decorated.

monochromatic....

The ERPOM7 Challenge (now Tangled up in Creativity) this week is to create a monochromatic card. Only...one color and all of its shades....NO NEUTRALS! Yikes. It took me a while to concoct something. But once I zeroed in on the color blue, realizing that blue was practically black, it was a cinch!

ERPOM

EmKay has asked us to make 2 cards based on a sketch she posted to her blog. But the cards are supposed to be different. So, I took my funtastic Starving Artistamps...Doodle Factory line...and make one card funkalicious...the other is soft and pretty.

Ribbon

Lynn has asked the ERPOM blog group to dig through your ribbon stash and get inspired by a print of a ribbon. That is such a good challenge for me b/c I think I have a "ribbon with pattern" phobia! haha  I found this square patterned ribbon in bright bold colors.  Then I matched it with the KSS "square challenge" to form this card:
