Oooh..time is running short on linking up with this week's Ink It Pink Challenge.
Make that stocking stuffer...and link up!
( A gift certificate is the prize for one lucky participant
if they post the Ink It Pink badge on their blog!)
Here's a fun treat for the teen in your life!
A gum slider!
Cut your paper and wrap it around your gum package. Adhere the last edge on to itself.
Use ribbon to create the slide as shown below. I used a slit punch for the ribbon.
Of course, you can make this using all sorts of candy bars!
Here I used Rubber Ducky Paper from The Robin's Nest.
These ducks have a wonderful coppery sparkles!
Super fun!!
Throw some dew drops into that shopping cart as well....super fun and easy to add to projects!
Can you spy the dew drops I used?
Glue Dots © Lines are a great way to keep these gum wrappers closed tightly!
When pulled up, the ribbon slides out the gum.
Now, to get these teens to put the wrappers in the waste paper basket and
not on the side of their beds.
**Moms of teens...you SO know what I'm talking about!!**

These are just so cute - adorable paper!
Cute candy bar holders Dawn. Took me a while to figure out how they slid, but I did it.
Why didn't I think to put gum in a slider? My kids love getting their own gum and this is a fun way to present it in a stocking. Thanks for sharing the idea.
