This elegant skater makes a nice card for my neighbor who is learning to become a figure skater too!  All papers used are from the Paper Temptress.  Lots of shimmery and cool card stocks make this Ice Princess come alive.  Before you skate off to Randee's blog for the next PMS creation, here is the next icicle in this month's code:
