I enjoyed the TLC273 challenge to "frame it" today so here a card using Paper Makeup's Moody for Flowers stamp.
I twisted the ribbon for the band and the loop. Stickles on the stamped flowers for a little sparkle and glue dots hold the ribbon tails in place.
