well, cinammon rolls are one of the things on my do not eat list unfortunately....but they look delicious and remind me of my grandma. She didn't make cinnamon rolls but wonderful pies and bread. Hot from the oven is the way to go. I used to grind my own bread and make whole wheat bread with honey. That sounds good too, guess I'll have to go look for a non-carbo snack...nuts?
