Then, I got out my Starving Artistamps and DF Mimo was turned into a reluctant fairy by adding the wings of the dragon...stickles dust the wings while Crystal Effects bug out his eyes!
Lastly, a Hello Fairy...out of a Helly Kitty sizzix die. I used the polka dot ribbon to transform her into a fairy.
Of course, I googled to confirm this fairy date...and had no luck finding a site that stated it was Spring Fairy Day. Ah well...it's just silly and fun. Cards to cheer people up.

nothing wrong with making up your own special celebration...everyday can celebrate something. there's a fun children's book by Byrd Baylor about that-can't remember the name but she celebrates spring on the first day it appears not according to a set calendar day.
