I'm super horrendous at techniques....
I think I fuss too much.
But today, I tried the Magical Masking Tape Technique.
Though, after so many attempts, I ended up using scotch tape on this finished card b/c I liked the width of the color bands better.
I used Mini Glue Dots ® for the sequins...
