Something Wicked...

You should have come from Dorcas' Blog.
If not, Start at the beginning for all the ghoulish delight!

Welcome to the Something Wicked This Way Comes LBC New Release and Blog Hop!!   Prepare to be scared out of your PJ’s and rush to your crafty zones for comfort as you check out the amazing “wicked” projects that the LoveBug Creations CT has designed for the enjoyment of Halloween!

First LBC wants to thank CT Connie for creating the Wicked Blog Hop Button. It’s witches and pumpkins and things that go bump in the night featured here and to celebrate the treat giving event, LBC wants to share some new products with our crafty pals. Visit our online store HERE

Sneak Peek
Some of our designers will be showing off some of the NEW Mama's Mesh colors that will be hitting the store soon so keep your eyes peeled for them!!!
The Wicked Release

First we have some eye-popping solid Rumple Ribbon in three new yummy colors – Purple People Eater, Harvest Moon, and Monster Skin; these colors also have a Mardi Gras palette too, so grab them quickly before they disappear into the night of fright!
Say hello to the "Fright Night" Collection

And for the fun of “something wicked” we’re unveiling a limited collection of Rumple Ribbon called “Halloween Grunge”; there are six colors of vintage blends to give your projects the perfect Wicked Factor.  Only a select number of these have been created so when they’re gone, they’re gone! All six colors are included in this special collection.

A Wicked Deal
For the duration of the hop (September 7-8) there will be a freebie with purchase
1. Spend $15 before shipping and you will receive 2 free yards of White edged with Black Rumple Ribbon!

2. Spend $25 before shipping and you will receive 2 free yards each of White edged with Black Rumple Ribbon, Black Edged with White, and Red Edged With Black Rumple Ribbon!!!

The Wicked Project

I used Monster Skin Rumple Ribbon along with some Halloween Grunge to create
this festive Halloween treat box. The svg file came from SVGCuts.com.

I used some fabulous bling strips from Eyelet Outlet and More to embellish this box.
The "Boo" sentiment is from Joy's Life: Halloween Puns.
A silly sentiment sure takes Halloween from spooky to silly in a jiffy!
But with the Spellbinder's shape, the coloring and the bling,
do you see the skull face?  Creeeeeeepy!

The bottom of the box is black and appears through the
jack-o-lantern cut out!

I used Glue Dots ® to put this box together. Minis are great!
But Craft Glue Dots ® help stick the Rumple Ribbon with the raffia.
I used Minis to create the "skirt' as well. Just place 3 on each side near the bottom.
Be sure to leave some slack in the ribbon to give it some flounce!

When I saw this project on FB, I had to join the blog hop. I haven't been on a hop in about 2 years (they got too long), but this has been fun. Your treat box is so clever and fun, not freaky!!
