Welcome to Joy's Life: Super & Everyday Hero Blog Hop!!
You should have used your super powers to get here by way of Cyndy's blog. If not,
please start at Joy's Blog so you don't miss a single, Hero Inspired project!!
If you have a hobby like papercrafting and card making, you sure better be creating for those closest to you!
One of my favorite projects is making ATC or notecards for my kids.
This time, I decided to make 2 sets of 3 inch note cards out of kraft paper.
I designed the cut away pattern on my cutter, and then filled the spaces with fun, decorative papers.
Tell your kids how proud you are of them....during lunch,
When they forget their lunch or gym clothes and you have to drive them up to the school,
Or...leave one on their pillow to find after school.
Six cards is not going to be enough!
Use Mini Glue Dots © to get those dazzling sequins to stick!
Then, I made a 4x4 inch pizza box to store my cards.
A bit of Rumple Ribbon from Lovebug Creations helps decorate
this kraft pizza box! I used Craft Glue Dots © to put together and decorate this pizza box.
(Better still, no calories in this box...but so much cheer!)
As I tuck these note cards into my kids' notebooks, lunches, and backpacks,
I can design more using Joy's Life: My Hero stamp set.
Keep your chin up and stride on over to Jennifer's Blog to see another Hero-Inspired project.

These are wonderful -- bright, cheery, full of support for your kids. They'll love them!
Dawn,
Your cards and pizza box are SUPER! I love the idea of making these cards for the kiddos. When you said, "When they forget their gym clothes..." I thought of what happened here a few days ago. My super son left his Biology book home on the last day of school and my daughter, home from college, took it too him. So sweet. I DO need to make some cards like this. Thank you for the inspiration and for being in the Super and Everyday Hero blog hop!
Super Hugs,
~Joy~

Great encouragement cards for the kids! Bet this will make them smile!!!!
Love how you cut out the image on the card, then filled in with patterned paper!!
I make 3x3 cards for my kids lunches for all the holidays, but I think they would be thrilled to get one "just because" letting them know how much I love them, or letting them know how amazing they are! :)
Great project!!
