There is a flower within my heart...

"There is a flower within my heart,
Daisy! Daisy!"

Years ago, I taught my kids the song "Daisy." Oh, how we loved to sing it!
So, as I was creating for The Robin's Nest Daisy blog hop,
you can bet I was singing/humming this beloved, old song!

The nitty gritty...
Guess what! Each designer will be giving away a fantastic Daisy Package from The Robin's Nest!
Blog Candy: Each Blog will give a prize package "Daisy Package" value at $15 will include Tear drop, paper, and embellishments. 1 Grand Prize will get $25 toward the on-line store. Winners will be posted the Sunday April 21st on RN blog.

There is a line up and linkies to all the blogs in the hop at the bottom of this post!

 A long, tall card...
Daisies were created using Spellbinder dies.
I simple snipped the edges and folded the petals for dimensions.
I LOVE the look of white rubons against the dark blue RN card stock.
Wonder if RN would ever consider stocking white rub ons??

Don't you love the fuzzy, wuzzy pipecleaner flower? haha
I do!
Did you know that the sentiment is actually printed RN card stock?
Perfect, huh!

How do you like this hand made vase?
I used Creative Paperclay ®, an air dry, modeling compound.
After rolling it out and cutting out a shape, I pressed a stamp from Gel-a-tins, "Faberge Eggs,"
to create the pattern.
Remember, this month, we are working with the fabulous stamps from Gel-a-tins!
You're going to love the projects both teams design.

Finishing touches:
Let your vase dry over night.
Then I used daubers to sponge ink over the vase.
I love how the white shows through.

Now, the big question...which is your favorite card??

All three are special and unique-I love the clean lines of the first one and agree about the white on dark rub on effect. The second one is darling, the third one has that beautiful vase. So, its a three-way tie. Because I'm decisive like that.

I hate to have to pick - but I'd say the first (purple) one. All of them are so pretty. I hate to hurt the feelings of the other cards. :-)
