Who wouldn't love to find a treat on their bedroom door knob??
Of course, my kids do!!
So this will be a welcome surprise to find when they come home.
This project is great for leaving a sweet treat for a child, roommate, or friend! Not only is this project quick and easy, but you can easily modify it to hold all sorts of candies. So, be sure to know the recipient's favorite treat when you go to the store!
I used papers and stickers from the fabulous new Robin's Nest paper line: Hot Flame.
The Flame Border Stickers were used for the left side. The Flame Stickers will get your adrenaline flowing when you use them to decorate projects. Here I layered them with other papers:
Oooh, I love that shimmer and glitz!!
Dew drops: Winter Retreat
You can find the Candy Bar Door Hanger Tutorial HERE.http://dawnmercedes.blogspot.com/2011/10/candy-bar-door-hanger.html
Again, remember to modify the spacing to fit your candy.
Here I cut my paper 3.25 inches wide...and used a different punch
for the gum slit.
