Yesterday, a day early, was the final weigh in for Choose to Lose with some of my cyber stamping buddies. I am happy to announce that within 8 weeks, I am down over 10% of my weight. Wowee! Only 3 more pounds to go to get to my goal weight loss. I'm so surprised. And yes, it's a new life style not to bake cookies every 5 days, to get up and get moving on the exercise circut. But...it's rewarding. And yes, being thin tastes so much better than brownies, cookies, food, etc, etc! (But I'm sure, I'll still be baking!)
Why on earth does one kid have to smile so toothy?? haha Maybe it's "grinning and bearing" this photo session! haha
