I have loved Eric Carle's The Hungry Catterpillar my entire life. Before I knew of all those other books he wrote/illustrated. In college, I read The Grouchy Ladybug...ooh! Another fun book.
Today, Google has made the above graphic their banner today since it is the book's 40th anniversary. Go Google! I enjoy seeing what they come up with.

I just saw his book yesterday at Barnes and Noble. They also had little hand puppets of the caterpillar and a butterfly. So cute!

I love the cute little images they come up with too.. dogpile has some cute ones too.
