YIKES!! NOOOO WAY!!) so I kept him out for another year. Best decision we ever made. I was even willing to keep him home until he was 7 if he wasn't ready...but by Jan the kid turned a corner and was SOOOO ready to be in school. They thought she was too young-at 4- so they left it up to me. Thank god I didn't cave and keep her home. She was so shy and small. She is still small but mouthy. They were both very poignant days for me. I was never quite ready to relinquish my children in the fall and kind of resented the state taking over my time with them.
