Glue Dots and Pretty Pink Posh Blog Hop!

A very big crafty hello and welcome to our very special blog hop collaboration with Pretty Pink Posh & Glue Dots!

We are going to bring you a fun blog hop where there are PRIZES from both companies up for grabs, along with inspiration and videos. The crafters involved in this hop are going to bring you an array of projects, coloring inspiration and a variety of ways to have fun with both Pretty Pink Posh & Glue Dots collectively.

Tomorrow, my favorite sister in law is coming and staying the night. I created this mini pizza box with note cards for her to send to her friends who might need a sunny hello. I used Pretty Pink Posh's Birdie Notes for this sweet little project.  The sentiment and small images are perfect for a box of this size!

Start with a piece of card stock 11x 6 inches.
Score along the short end at 1" and 5".
Reposition your paper, score along the long end at 1", 5", 6", 10".

Next, clip the 1" score lines on both the long sides of the paper.

Use Ultra Thin Glue Dots ® to secure the 4 end corners.

It should look like the above photo.
Use your imagination to decorate the lid of the mini pizza box.

I used two dies: Stitched Film Strip and Pocket Border for this gift set.
One way to keep long, straight border dies secure before running through your die cutting machine is to use washi tape along the length. This secures the position of the die on the paper.

Glue Dots ® have a variety of products to help you keep decorative layers secured!

Pop Up Relief Glue Dots ® give a little dimension!

Next, I took out my 1-2-3 punch board from We R Memory Keepers to create envelopes from My Mind's Eye decorative paper. I created 3.5 x 3.5 inch note cards. We R Memory Keepers has a clever app to help you create the perfect envelope size for ANY card base you create.  These all fit into the mini pizza box case!  Soooo cute. I created a set of 4 envelopes and note cards. Although I think I will whip up 2 more to make it an even 1/2 dozen!  1" Glue Lines ® secure the flaps of the envelopes very well!

Did you know that Glue Dots ® carries a desk top dispenser for rolls of dots?  This makes using Mini Glue Dots ® on the small stamped envelopes so easy!

Keep decorating those cards! Don't you love creating mini note cards? I love the small layers of papers.  This is a great way to use up scraps! I used the inside shapes of the Stitched Film Strip on the card fronts too. This die keeps is so versatile.

The finished project...
A bit of whimsy...a lot of sweetness from Pretty Pink Posh...secured with Glue Dots ®.

Using coordinating papers, along with using the same stamp set, helps to give this gift set cohesiveness.

Thank you for visiting my blog today!  I hope you find inspiration as you hop and comment along all these fantastic blogs listed below.

We have a super talented line up ahead....

What a great gift pack of sweet cards for your SIL, I am sure she will love them. I didn't know about the dispenser to hold these glue dots, what a fantastic idea. I use so many glue dots (and in every size) that I keep a drawer reserved for just my adhesives. However, I am getting low on them and will be looking for this awesome dispenser when I replenish my stash. Thanks so much for sharing this info as well as your projects.
